At Tesco we are passionate about food and we want to ignite a similar passion in the nation’s children. By throwing open the doors of our larger stores, primary school kids will be invited in to come and touch, feel and taste food and learn about the journey their food takes from farm to fork.
Each store has a specially trained Farm to Fork Trail guide to lead children on a tour of discovery, visiting colleagues who will share their knowledge of food and how it is prepared. They will be able to bake bread in our bakeries and touch, smell and taste different cheeses and fruit and vegetables they may even discovering something new to like.
*** Parent spaces are extremely limited due to Tesco’s policy. I’m therefore taking expressions of interest only, and it is very likely that your child/ren would have to go in without a parent. Those parents who do eventually go in must be prepared to help with all the children, not just their own. Please consider this when booking. ***
* PLEASE INCLUDE ANY DIETARY REQUIREMENTS OR ALLERGIES ON THE BOOKING FORM * Please put n/a if the above does not apply or the system will not allow you to book ***
