Visit to the Museum of Brands, including their Brand Evolution interactive workshop.
“Students work in teams to analyse the evolution and development of iconic brands. After undertaking market
research, students devise how they think the brand should re-position in relation to current market trends. Ideas are pitched to the group and museum team”
The workshop will be pitched at GCSE level. Ideally, your child should be aged 13yrs+ to participate in the workshop. If this is over-subscribed, we will give preference to older teens and their younger siblings.
Therefore, the workshop places of children aged 11yrs+ unless they are accompanying a sibling aged 13yrs+ will not be confirmed until much nearer the time (and not before 26 January 2018, to give students of age 13yrs+ the maximum opportunity to book)
Afterwards you are free to look around the museum by yourselves.
£6.50 per student (age 11-16yrs)
£8.10 per adult
We can also take a small number of slightly younger children into the museum but not into the workshop.
£4.50 per child (age 7-10yrs)
Final costs may work out lower, in which case pro-rata refunds will be made after the event to those who attend on the day.
