To be fair to everyone, there will be a limit of one adult per family in a workshop.
Carers are free.
Important – The itinerary for each age group will be different, so if you have children in different age groups they may have their workshops, free exploration & lunches at different times.
Age 5-11 workshops will be in the morning (at the same times) and have their lunch slot together
Age 11-16 will have one workshop in the morning (at different times) and one in the afternoon (at the same times). They will have their lunch slot together.
If you need your children to be together, please book both in the lower age-group.
Further details available nearer the time.
Please note – I don’t need the ages of the adults! (Only the children, so I can work out the free adult ratio)
A note about ages
To be fair to everyone, please be honest about your child’s age and book the workshop for the age of your child, even if your child is gifted or within a few months of the next age-range up.
There is already quite an age-range for each workshop. The staff at Jodrell Bank are very good, however there are limits. To stretch it even more would put pressure on the staff and may mean that the older ones in each group do not benefit, as the staff sometimes feel obliged to cater to the younger ones.
